Last weekend we were in Boise. While we were there we did a little work on the house. Cleaned and dusted, changed the furnace filter, put new cabinet pulls on in the kitchen.
By we worked on the house I mean me. Kevin had to stay in Elko, George hung out with Grandpa and the big girls entertained Lily. Can you believe that gorgeous floor was under our carpet?!
What do you think of the difference? New and shiny, hopefully still fit in with the retro feel of the house.
We always knew there was wood underneath, but had not gone to the work/expense of having them refinished. They were exposed in the bedrooms, but in not so great shape. Cleaned up they look so awsome! We are not living in it because it is in Boise and Kevin's new job is in Elko, NV.
