Last 2 Weeks of School

Mallory's Music Program was a Joke show. She did great and even memorized her funny poem.

Lammoille

On Thursday Kevin, George, Lily, Bri and I took a drive up Lammoille canyon. There is still lots of snow, but the road is cleared to the top and there is a little room for parking. It was a good 20 degrees colder at the top of the canyon than the bottom, but with the 90 degree weather this weekend the snow should be melting fast.

We saw hawks, a badger, lots of beaver ponds, a turkey and a mountain goat. He was way up there hiding in the shade of a cave, but was there. We probably won't see more until next spring, they head up really high and are very shy.

For Mother's Day Lee and Leesh asked me to do a photo session of Bri in sorta an Anne Geddensesque style for Leesh's Mom. Lily of course wanted to get in on the action.
